Disclaimer
Our Faithkids Educare website disclaimer explains how to use the information we share about childcare, including Infant Care, our Toddler Program, Preschool Classes and Pre-Kindergarten.
General information
What we share
We provide information to help families understand our Christ-centered approach and the childcare options we may discuss with parents and guardians. We aim to keep our descriptions clear and useful, but website content is general information rather than a complete statement of availability, daily arrangements or enrolment requirements.
Details may change as our programmes, operating arrangements or communication needs develop. We may update, correct or remove content without advance notice. We encourage families to contact us directly before relying on any information when making childcare plans.
Please confirm details with us
Enquiries are not enrolment
A message, phone call or enquiry does not by itself reserve a place or confirm acceptance into Infant Care, our Toddler Program, Preschool Classes or Pre-Kindergarten. We will discuss the relevant arrangements with you directly.
Hours and arrangements
Our published hours and programme information are intended as guidance. Please contact us to confirm current operating details, suitability for your child and any practical information needed before making arrangements.
Child-specific guidance
Every child and family has different needs. Information on this site cannot replace a direct conversation with us about your child’s age, routine, care requirements or the programme that may be appropriate.
Advice, accuracy and responsibility
Our content is not professional, medical, legal or educational advice unless we clearly state otherwise. Parents and guardians should seek suitably qualified advice where a separate professional assessment is needed.
We take reasonable care when preparing our content, but we do not promise that every detail will always be complete, current or free from errors. To the extent permitted by applicable South African law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information rather than confirmation obtained from us directly.
Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our customer-facing arrangements and any applicable terms should be discussed with us before services are confirmed.
Third-party links
Our pages may refer to external services or include links managed by other organisations, such as mapping or communication providers. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
Following an external link is your choice. Please read the relevant third party’s own terms and privacy information before sharing personal details or using its service.
Questions or corrections
We welcome questions about our childcare information and would appreciate being told if you notice a detail that needs attention. Please contact us so we can provide the clearest and most current information for your family.
